The NUMBER:Lab Fall 2012 menswear collection showed in an intimate square setting. A bright red toggle jacket ensemble opened for a collection that was doused in red, navy, and shades of gray, playing with visions of a refined era of Americana. Particularly outstanding were the details of several color-blocked blazers and shirts, which combined a mix of texture and navy-gray shades within the confines of classic silhouettes. Overall, the collection conveyed understated elegance with that school boy appeal (even accenting some ensembles with a red backpack) through classically tailored trousers, modern blazers, and simple boxy jackets appropriate for a rugged city boy with a hint of modern edge.
