The Kimberly Ovitz Fall 2012 collection was goth at its most refined. The collection consisted of unconventional, impeccably tailored suits, casually draped dresses, and a few serious statement jackets. All of these were set off with accents of horse hair, which sounds unusual, but, in fact, managed to give the pieces an edgy, avant-garde feel. The towering platform booties with a wisp of horse hair at the back are sure to be a huge hit with Downtown fashionistas come Fall. Each look managed to evoke a sense of elegance and sophistication without ever being fussy or over-wrought.
