Reinterpreting the past and dreaming of a rustic future, Native Son defines modernity with its latest Fall 2012 menswear collection. Biker jackets with vertical line detail are draped over russet colored wool suits, complete with matching tie. A nod to the past was achieved with a new variation on classical dandyism: the modernized overcoat with fur lapels, subverted by very nouveau sportsman trouser; also, spacious trench coats were refashioned and updated, in shimmering fabrics, with curiously placed pockets and zippers. Forest boots finished all the ensembles and an urban hunter theme was established and perfected.
