The following press release provides more information about the Kaelen Spring 2014 collection:

For Spring/Summer 2014, designer Kaelen Haworth was drawn to Bruce Conner's art and short films. His use of found objects combined with unexpected elements give the effect of a very American juxtaposition. The collection is a mix of traditional and modern with a 'found' pieces aesthetic and an element of natural and unnatural meeting in each piece. Traditional glen plaid drips into white space on neoprene emphasizing the merging and connecting of classic with the new and innovative.

In addition, a photograph of the Lowell Glacier was manipulated into a custom print and gives the effect of nature breaking down and evolving into a different form.
