Patchwork is the defining style for Junya Watanbe’s Fall 2014 collection. This patchwork comes in various textures, shapes, and materials, with all but one look in black. Everything works perfectly together, as each black patch draws a subtle yet intriguing pathway to the next black patch, with just a slight texture or shape difference.  The best part is that much of it seems wearable, with the looks developed around contoured silhouettes that keeps the outline of a feminine shape.
