Prabal Gurung's Resort 2013 collection takes a bolder approach to resortwear than typically seen in a normally relaxed season. Inspired largely by Canadian found-object sculptor Aaron Moran, the designs here experiment with geometry in both prints and cuts. Much of the experimentation seems to have centered around the waist, with various peplum, bands, belts, prints, and cuts in that area, as well as other angular forms that the designer is known for.
