                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Usually dipping into darker palettes, Richard Chai added color to his design, including yellow stripes. Chai utilized fabrics, bold patterns and color to fuse together both male and female designs, displayed in his Love and Mens 2012 collections.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Chai paired patterns with design and integrated the prints between both mens and women's wear. Florals were airy and whimsical while stripes were straight and structured. Trending throughout the show for the ladies, pants adorned by an overlaid skirt. Chai's value of construction was on full display throughout the show.
