Tia Cibani's Ports 1961 brand embodies the spirit of a global village. Targeted towards luxury buyers who seek out different cultures, each collection has represented a traditional place or time. For fall 2010, Cibani looked to the past with an opening sequence set in the warm ginger clouds of the early 20th century aviation era, continuing on with a journey through an industrial cityscape of copper and metal. Highlights include the opening set of very useful wellies, some of the intermediate copper sculpted dresses, and the closing draped lace column dress that brought things back into the clouds.
