Mik Cire by Erik Kim Fall 2010

Erik Kim launched his new Mik Cire label during New York fashion week.  This is collection features a sleek rocker-aesthetic, pretty much the clothing equivalent of Kim's own black Lamborghini Gallardo.  The former Monarchy head balanced the tough-vs-sleek tradeoff with black everywhere, and straight-cut loosely-fitted profiles.  The whole collection was realistic and wearable, without over-stylized futurism to get in the way.
