Betsey Johnson Spring 2010

Betsey Johnson, the happiest person in the Universe, showed the happiest collection of the season at New York's Plaza Hotel, as guests were invited to a one-night stand with her.  Hot, can't wait.  Upon arrival, I see a big party in the hotel lobby, with the 80's Madonna/Cyndi Lauper look super dominant with bright, poofy tulle everywhere.  Love it.  There's always going to be a market for her clothes, and if she keeps up her smart, low-cost presentation strategy (I much prefer a creative presentation to a traditional runway show anyways), then she's going to be appreciably here for a much longer time.
